"Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children.
I tell you the truth, anyone who does not receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it."
Then he took the children in his arms and placed his hands on their heads and blessed them.
Mark 10:14-16
Children's Liturgy takes place at all Sunday Masses (8:30am, 10:00am and 11:30am). They are scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Sunday from September through June, except during Advent and Lent when they are weekly. Children’s Liturgy occurs in tandem with Sunday’s Liturgy of the Word and will be appropriate to the child’s age to allow them to understand the meaning of the Gospel and how the Word of God is part of their everyday lives. Here they are able to ask questions and share their thoughts.
Looking for a rewarding experience to share God's word? We are looking for people interested in teaching the Children's Liturgy of the Word. No experience necessary, you will be trained by current teachers. If you are interested, please contact the parish office at 732-721-2772.
