The focus of the Social Concerns Ministry is to assist members of our community with certain basic necessities such as food, rent, prescriptions, utilities, etc.  We do this by the generous support of our parish community and through fundraising.

If you have lost a job and are trying to make ends meet, and struggling to place food on the table for your family, please call us. Our Social Concerns Committee and parish are here to help in your time of need.

If you are in need of assistance, call parish office during regular office hours to make an appointment to fill out an assistance application.  Please bring the bill for which you are requesting assistance, a photo ID, and proof of income (pay stub or tax receipt).
