The Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic Fraternal Organization. This order is dedicated to the ideals of charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism. The Knights provide a large variety of services to the Church and parishioners through many civic, family and youth programs supported through major fund-raising activities. Currently there are now 1.9 million members and growing. The St. Bernadette Council currently has 165 members. To become a member, one needs to be a male at least 18 years of age and a practicing Catholic.These men assist both the church and the community through prayer and charitable works.
Some of these charitable works include: Youth Basketball, Disabled Citizens Drive, Coats For Kids, Blood Drives, and Eyeglasses For The Needy.
