The Columbiettes is an organization of Catholic women, 18 years of age or older, who are affiliated with the Knights of Columbus.  We are a charitable, not-for-profit organization that supports many charities and are involved in community activities as well as working with our Brother Knights to promote faith and unity. Our organization is very diverse united by our Catholic faith, love of family, love of country and commitment to helping others.

We have social events as well as our religious and charitable works.  Some of our Ministries and Activities include: Assisting our Brother Knights, Annual Retreat at San Alfonso (any woman may attend), Garden State Youth Correction Facility (Collect books, games, puzzles, calendars, paper), Vocations - “Shake the Can”, Angel Pins, Memorial Cards, Memorial Mass, Scholarship Award, May Crowning, Soup Sale, Spring Tea, Used Greeting Cards - The Venetian Care & Rehabilitation Center. Tab Tops for Ronald McDonald House, Christmas & Chanukah Cards sent to ALL residents of The Venetian, Community Vacation Bible School, Backpacks & Toiletry Bags (Distributed to Catholic Charities Statewide), Right to Life Baby Shower and more!  You may be as involved as you are able and select the ministries in which you’d like to participate.

Columbiettes meet on the Second Wednesday of the month from September through June. A meaningful and spiritual ceremony is needed prior to attending meetings. For more information contact Kathy Jessen at kjessen5@optonline.net.
