This group of dedicated volunteers is considered the "watchers" of the Church. They enthusiastically welcome parishioners to Mass, assist in seating, and impart a feeling of comfort in Gods house by being helpful, humble, patient and kind. Ushers are responsible for taking the offertory collections, assist parishioners in reverential gathering for the distribution of the Eucharist, and for distributing bulletins and other important material after the Mass.
